How Eagles sacked Keshi

Keshi
The Amaju Pinnick Board of the Nigeria Football Federation was not comfortable with the results Stephen Keshi and the Eagles posted in the Nations Cup qualifiers before the last victory against Sudan in Abuja.

The Maigari board was never prepared to renew Keshi’s contract and the former Eagles captain knew about this.A home defeat by Congo was followed by a draw in South Africa and another defeat in Sudan before the 3-1 victory against Sudan in Abuja placed Nigeria behind South Africa and Congo.
The position of the Amaju board did not differ from that of Maigari, their reason being that since the last Nations Cup victory, Eagles have not lived up to their potentials, especially when holes were picked in the selection process from the World Cup in Brazil till date.

One day a woman wanted to know how the husband would react if she left without telling him where she had gone. So she decided to write him letter saying she is tired of him and didn't want to live with him anymore and after writing she put the letter on the table in the bedroom and then hid under the bed... When the husband came back home, saw the letter and read it, he replied on the same paper and then began to sing and dance changing his clothes.

He got his phone, dialed someone then said: "Hey babe, am just changing clothes then will join you, as for the other fool it has finally dawned on her that I was fooling around with her and has left. I was wrong..really wrong to have married her, I wish I had known you earlier. See you soon honey!" The husband walked out of the room and left. In tears and very upset, the woman got up from under the bed and decided to go and read what the husband wrote on the letter. When she got the letter,
it said: "I COULD see your feet under the bed, I didn't make any phone call.. I am going to buy bread. Stand up, stop your silly games and prepare me a meal... I LOVE U.

Letter from father to son

1. My son, if you keep spending on a woman and she never asked you if you’re saving or investing, and she keeps enjoying the attention, don’t marry her.
2. My son, a woman could be a good wife to you, some could be a good mother to your children but if you’ve found a woman like a mother to you, your children and your family, please don’t let her go.
3. My son, don’t confine the position of your wife to the kitchen, where did you get that from? Even in our days, we had farm-lands where they worked every morning . . .that was our office.
4. My son, if I tell you that you’re the head of the house, don’t look at your pocket;look if you will see a smile on your wife’s face.
5. My son, if you want to have a long life, let your wife be in-charge of your salary, it will be difficult for her to spend it when she’s aware of the home needs and bills to pay but if it’s in your care, she will keep you asking even when all has been spent.
6. My son, don’t ever beat your woman, the pain in her body is nothing to be compared to the wound on her heart and that means you may be in trouble living with a wounded woman.
7. My son, now that you’re married, if you live a bachelor kind of life with your wife, you will soon be single again.
8. My son, in our days, we had many wives and many children because of our large farm-lands and many harvests, there are hardly any land for farming anymore, so embrace your woman closely.
9. My son, under the cocoa tree that I did meet your mother could be your eateries and restaurants of nowadays, but remember, the closet thing we did there was to embrace each other.
10. My son, don’t be carried away when you start making more money, instead of spending on those tiny legs that never knew how hard you worked to get it, spend it on that woman that stood by you all along.
11. My son, when I threw little stones or whistled at the window of your mother father’s house, to call her out, it was not for sex, it was because I missed her so much.
12. My son, remember, when you say your wife has changed, there could be something you’ve stopped doing too.
13. My son, your mother, rode the bicycle with me before I bought that tortoise car outside there, any woman that won’t endure with you in your little beginning should not enjoy your riches.
14. My son, don’t compare your wife to any woman, there are ways she’s enduring you too and has she ever compared you to  any man?
15. My son, there is this thing you people call feminism, well, if a woman claim to have equal right with you in the house, divide all the bills into two equal parts, take one part and ask her to start paying the other part.
16. My son, I met your mother a virgin and I took more yams to her father, if you don’t meet your wife a virgin, don’t blame her, what I didn’t tell you is that our women had prestige.
17. My son, I didn’t send your sisters to school because I was foolish like many to think a female child won’t extend my family name, please don’t make that mistake, the kind of female achievers I see
now adays has made the male-gender an ordinary tag.
18. My son, your mother have once locked up the cloth I was wearing and almost tore it because she was angry, I did not raise my hand to beat her because of a day like this, so  that I can be proud to tell you that I never for once beat your mother.
19. My son, in our days, our women had more of natural beauty, though I wouldn’t lie to
you, some had minor painting of their appellation mostly on their arms, the  ones you people now call tattoo, but don’t forget that they didn’t expose any part of their body like your women of nowadays.
20. My son, your mother and I are not interested in what happens in your marriage, try to handle issues without always coming to us.
21. My son, remember I bought your mother’s first sewing machine for her, help your wife achieve her dreams just as you’re pursuing yours.
22. My son, don’t stop taking care of mean your mother, it’s a secret of growing old and having children to take care of you too.
23. My son, pray with your family, there is a tomorrow you don’t know, talk to God that knows everything, everyday

How to make your Phone case with your new Ankara for special occasions

I got a new phone! The Iphone 5 is still pretty new here so I couldn’t find a case for it anywhere. So with the long weekend and all the extra time on my hands I decided I’d try to make one. I’d love to be able to tell you that I knew exactly what I was doing when I started but truthfully the inspiration for this was quite random. I brought out some ankara (printed African fabric) that I wanted to use for the case but after wrapping it around my phone I knew it was way too thin to offer any real protection. So at that point I gave up and decided to go paint my nails and as soon as I brought out my cotton wool it came to me!
Here’s what I used: Cotton wool pleats Hot Glue Gun Scissors Ankara or any scrap fabric Accessories e.g. bows, ribbons, buttons, studs (Optional)DIY-Ankara-Phone-Case
The first step is to cut out 2 identical squares in your fabric – You want to have a square that’s slightly over 2 times the width of your phone and about an inch taller so that when you fold the material in half, your phone’s covered – The square I cut out was about 5×5 inches because I left a lot of excess out around the sides – Once you’re happy with your first square cut out another one using the exact same dimensions Lay the cotton wool pleats over the square…

Miracle: Africa Confirms 3rd Ebola Victim Rises From the Dead

Officials in Liberia have released the first confirmed image of a captured Ebola victim who rose from the dead. The name of the victim has not been released by the WHO, and news of the patient rising from the dead comes only hours after the United States announced its first Ebola victim in Dallas, Texas.
The Liberian government is accusing the United States of creating Ebola as a bioweapon to use for future wars. Citizens of Liberia have expressed outrage and concern that the US may have tested an ‘evolved’ form of the virus on their nation’s populace, not forseeing the virus’ spread reaching beyond medical containment.
The first reports of Ebola victims rising from the dead was reported by Liberia’s National Newspaper. Initially, officials from the World Health Organization fled in shock and horror as the Ebola patients suddenly arose from the dead. After organizing military reinforcements and obtaining increased containment measures, World Health Organization’s special operations staff quickly responded with military assistance and quarantined the two Ebola victims who arose from the dead.
With Texas now infested with an unknown amount of Ebola patients, nearby Kansas has declared a state of emergency. Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has declared October “Zombie Awareness Month” and the state is on high alert for a zombie outbreak. Homes across the state are to receive pamphlets warning them of how to prevent the spread of Ebola and what to do if an Ebola Victim falls dead and then starts to show life again.
Updates will be made to this report as details become available. Please continue to watch television and online news sources for the latest details. Officials estimate the Ebola virus will spread to over 5 million people within two months. The virus is deadly if not treated. It is currently not known how many people the Dallas Ebola victim came in contact with before quarantine measures were put into place.

President Goodluck Jonathan will on Tuesday undertake a one-day official visit to Niamey, capital of Niger Republic, to participate in an Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Lake Chad Basin Commission.
In a statement, the Presidential Spokesperson, Rueben Abati, said President Jonathan and other participating Heads of State and Government are expected to review the ongoing collaboration against terrorism and agree on further joint actions to curb terrorism and
insurgency within and across their national boundaries.
President Jonathan and the Heads of State and Government of the neighbouring countries of Niger, Chad, Cameroon and Benin Republic resolved at a meeting in Paris in May this year to intensify efforts to curtail terrorism and violent extremism.
At the Paris Summit which was hosted by President Francois Hollande of France in the aftermath of the dastardly abduction of the Chibok College girls, President Jonathan and the other leaders also  agreed to establish joint anti-terrorism patrols and a system of sharing intelligence to support operations against terrorists and other cross-border criminals.
The leaders also agreed to create a dedicated team to draw up advise for the implementation of a regional counter-terrorism strategy under the framework of the Lake Chad Basin Commission.
Benin Republic, not a member of the Lake Chad Basin Commission, but which participated in the Paris Summit was also invited to the Niamey talks.
The Lake Chad Basin Commission was established in 1964 by Nigeria, Chad, Niger and Cameroon. It has the mandate of sustainably and equitably managing  shared water resources of the Lake Chad Basin and promoting regional integration, peace and security across the Basin.
President Jonathan, who will be accompanied to Niamey by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Aminu Wali, the Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, the Chief Of Defence State, Air Chief Marshall Alex Barde and other senior government officials, will
return to Abuja at the conclusion of the one-day summit.
