Genevieve Nnaji launched her much anticipated revamped St. Genevieve brand today, 5th October 2014 exclusively to a selected audience. The collection, exclusive to the largest online store, Jumia, featured chic pieces in laser cut out dresses, maxi dresses, tops/blouses, pants, perfectly tailored blazers and many more.
The collection, titled 'Philomena' Genevieve revealed was named after her grandma whom she described as a strong woman filled with love. She mentioned the need for chic pieces at affordable prices that is the St. Genevieve brand is a way of giving back to her fans who have brought her so far, she mentioned she started sketching at age 7 and looked forward to when her designs would be executed right.
The affordable collection features pieces with a set retail price of less than N10,000 ; the new brand can be described as timeless simplicity, chic, well tailored and affordable. Genevieve Nnaji was supported by supermodel Oluchi Onweagba, her Stylist Veronica Ebie Odeka, Publicist Vanessa Amadi whileguests include Stephanie Okereke Linus, Soni and Betty Irabor, Olisa Adibua, Mai Atafo, Folake Folarin Coker, Lola Maja Okojevoh, Bridget Awosika and many more.
