PIcture: So supricing, bizarre Accident As Car Flew Along Ring Road In Benin City

This accident is said to have happened today at Ring road roundabout in Benin city, Edo state. Anybody know how the car got on the gate? 

I believe this was on high speed and loose control while trying to get himself back, or what do u think.
